Websites and IT solutions for clinics and medical centers
We build websites that bring in patients: clear service pages, Russian and Kazakh versions, one-click booking. Based in Astana — working across Kazakhstan and remotely.
Why healthcare needs a different approach
Patients choose a clinic by its website. They look for a specific service, check the doctors, prices and address — and decide within a minute. If the site doesn't answer those questions, the patient goes to a competitor.
That's why a medical website is built around trust and booking. Trust means real doctors, real services and a measured tone — no "we cure everything" promises. Booking means a WhatsApp button or a form on every page, not a phone number buried in the footer.
Multilingual support deserves its own mention. In Kazakhstan, a share of patients search for services in Kazakh. Full Russian and Kazakh versions of the site aren't a formality — they're a direct channel to patients that competitors without a KZ version simply never see. Both versions must be indexed by search engines separately — then the site captures queries in both languages.

How we work
- 01
Scoping
We discuss the clinic's services, patient flow and goals: more bookings, new specialties, a second language version. We fix what should change.
- 02
Structure and prototype
We map the pages to search queries: services, doctors, prices, contacts. We sign the structure off with you before design — restructuring later costs more.
- 03
Design and content
We design for the specifics of healthcare: calm, clear, no aggressive promises. We prepare texts in Russian and Kazakh.
- 04
Development and integrations
We build the site, connect WhatsApp booking and forms, and — where needed — a CRM for the front desk. We verify speed and the mobile version.
- 05
Launch and support
We publish the site on your domain and set up indexing for both language versions. Then comes support: updating prices, doctors and services.
Get an inside look at our healthcare projects
Using live projects, we'll walk you through how online booking, SEO service pages, and front-desk CRM work under the hood.
How long does a clinic website take?
It depends on scope: the number of services, pages and language versions. A one-page site is faster; a multi-page portal with SEO service pages takes longer. The exact deadline is fixed in the contract after scoping — you know when you'll get the site before any work starts.
Do we need a Kazakh version of the site?
For Kazakhstan — yes. A share of patients search for services in Kazakh, and competition for those queries is lower. We build full RU and KZ versions: every page is translated and indexed by search engines separately, not swapped in by a script on the fly.
How does patient booking work through the site?
The baseline is a WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message on every service page: the patient writes, the front desk replies. On top of that — enquiry forms with a callback. If volume is high, we connect a CRM so the front desk sees every enquiry in one place.
What about SEO in the medical niche?
The foundation is a dedicated page for every service with clear copy and a solid technical base: fast loading, correct headings, indexing of both language versions. That's how the site captures "service + city" queries in two languages. Medicine demands careful wording — no cure guarantees, no shouty promises.
What does post-launch support include?
Content updates — prices, doctors, services, promotions; technical monitoring of the site; and improvements as you need them, such as new specialty pages or a second language version. You work with the same team that built the site — no context gets lost.
