Do you work under a contract?
Yes. Every project is covered by a contract with a registered legal entity (BIN 250940001972). The contract fixes the scope, milestones, deadlines and price. On request, we sign an NDA before any details are discussed.
Who owns the project's source code?
You do. The rights to the developed code and project materials transfer to you, and the contract says so explicitly. You're not tied to us: the code can be handed to another team or developed in-house.
How does payment work?
In milestones. The project is split into stages, each with a clear deliverable. You accept a milestone — and only then pay for the next one. The terms and payment schedule are fixed in the contract before work starts.
Do you work with other regions and remotely?
Yes. Our office is in Astana (Al-Farabi 5), but we work across Kazakhstan and remotely worldwide. Meetings, demos and milestone acceptance all happen online — geography doesn't affect quality or timelines.
