Dala Concept
The brand needed an online storefront: show the collections and let buyers choose and place an order. Deals are closed by a manager, so orders had to go straight to WhatsApp. The audience spans Kazakhstan and international visitors — which meant three languages.

Context
Client & challenge
DALA, a Kazakhstani brand of contemporary national clothing from Astana. Shapans, camisoles, vests, and dresses: premium fabrics, clean silhouettes, subtle ornament. An offline boutique in Astana with delivery across Kazakhstan.
The brand needed an online storefront: show the collections and let buyers choose and place an order. Deals are closed by a manager, so orders had to go straight to WhatsApp. The audience spans Kazakhstan and international visitors — which meant three languages.
Solution
What we did
- 1Built an online storefront with men's and women's lines: shapans, camisoles, vests, dresses, headwear, and accessories.
- 2Created a catalog with category filters, a cart, and a checkout that hands the order to a manager in WhatsApp.
- 3Launched three language versions: Kazakh, Russian, and English.
- 4Took over the project from the previous vendor: restored the storefront database and moved the site onto infrastructure under our control.
- 5Added brand sections: a collections gallery, an FAQ on Kazakh national clothing, boutique details for Astana, and delivery across Kazakhstan.
