Auto Parts & E-commerce

VinHub

The biggest barrier to buying parts online is the fear of ordering the wrong one. They needed a store where a part can be found by part number — or matched to a specific vehicle by VIN — with clear return terms.

Context

Client & challenge

VinHub, an online auto parts store from Almaty: OEM parts and certified aftermarket brands (Bosch, Brembo, FEBEST, and more) with delivery across Kazakhstan and Kaspi installment payments.

The biggest barrier to buying parts online is the fear of ordering the wrong one. They needed a store where a part can be found by part number — or matched to a specific vehicle by VIN — with clear return terms.

Solution

What we did

  1. 1Built an online store with a category catalog (brakes, filters, suspension, engine, transmission, steering, electrical, consumables), a cart, and favorites.
  2. 2Implemented search by part number, OEM number, brand, or part name.
  3. 3Launched a VIN matching service: the buyer sends a VIN or OEM number, and the store verifies the part fits their vehicle.
  4. 4Set up delivery and payment pages (Kaspi installments), a 14-day return policy, and a dedicated section for repair shops and wholesale buyers.
  5. 5Connected WhatsApp consultations, an FAQ block, and legal pages: public offer, privacy policy, and return terms.

Outcome

Results

Buyers either find the part themselves via catalog and search or get VIN-based matching — with the return guarantee removing the risk of a wrong order.
The store serves both retail and B2B: repair shops and wholesalers get their own flow.
Every stage of the sale — search, cart, installments, WhatsApp consultation — lives on one site.
