The resort needed a website that starts working before opening day: tell the story of the place, show the houses, prices, and packages, and lead guests to a date request or a WhatsApp conversation.

Context

Client & challenge

Tikhiy Bereg, a complex of private houses and cottages on its own lake near Burabay (Akmola region), built by the team behind the Dom u Ozera hotel. Each house is rented whole to a single family or group; opening in summer 2027.

The resort needed a website that starts working before opening day: tell the story of the place, show the houses, prices, and packages, and lead guests to a date request or a WhatsApp conversation.

Solution

What we did

  1. 1Built a presentation site with sections for the story of the place, the houses, grounds and activities (summer/winter), Le Pin restaurant cuisine and catering, prices, FAQ, and contacts.
  2. 2Embedded a date picker — check-in, check-out, party size — and a step-by-step booking flow: dates → house → details → payment.
  3. 3Designed house and cottage cards with capacity, seasonal pricing, and features (steam room, hot tub, pier), plus a packages and discounts block.
  4. 4Launched two language versions — Russian and Kazakh — with WhatsApp handoff from key blocks.
  5. 5Added a "Getting here" section with 2GIS, Google Maps, and Yandex Maps links, and a detailed FAQ on prepayment, check-in, and house rules.

Outcome

Results

The site launched ahead of the resort's opening and is already collecting date requests and WhatsApp inquiries.
The whole funnel — from the story of the place to picking dates and a house — sits on a single page in two languages.
Prices, packages, and terms are structured by section, so content is easy to extend as opening day approaches.
